We’re busy on arrival but took on my concerns about my car and investigated and got back to me. My car was in for a day as promised however did not itemise all that was done like Norwood did just signed book. Car was some what cleaned on the outside but not thoroughly and inside not touched at all and seat not moved back. Staff were nice and car was ready at time they said. They were unable to provide me a hire car and did not offer to pick up or drop off car.
